After transferring the SCHUBERT brand under the company SOPREM, today machines for straightening of parts are produced combining two advantages – the design of the company SCHUBERT and the driving and control units of the company SOPREM.

The straightening machines of parts in SOPREM’s offer ensure high quality and process reliability. They take care so that any uneven parts, after their previous processing, could be levelled precisely to the required levelness. Such parts can have thickness of 0.05 mm, but also up to 8 mm, so from small parts for watches or blades (see Fig. 2) up to large sheet metal plates or sieves and netting with thickness of 8 mm and dimensions of 1250 x 2000 mm (see Fig. 3).

Deviations of parts in levelness mainly occur in sheet metal processing during piercing, shearing and stamping, laser or plasma cutting or by mechanical division of materials. Secondary unevenness also occurs after hardening or surface treatment (see Fig. 1). The cause is a change in tension of materials during the above-mentioned processing.

Based on your requirements for levelness, we will construct the corresponding machine for you. Firstly, however, we will conduct necessary straightening tests with your delivered material directly in the company SOPREM - www.soprem.ch.

Our target is to constantly improve the quality of service provided to our both current and future customers.

Regular training of our personnel directly in parent companies goes without saying so that we could also advise you on the most demanding stamping applications.
